How long does it take to install a split system?
Most standard back-to-back installations are completed in 3 to 4 hours by a two-person team. That covers mounting the indoor head, fixing the outdoor condenser, running insulated copper, wiring the isolator and full commissioning. Multi-head systems, longer pipe runs, roof brackets or render work can extend this to a full day. We'll always give you a realistic time-on-site estimate when we quote so you can plan your day.
What size air conditioner do I need?
Room size, insulation, ceiling height, window orientation, glazing and floor type all affect capacity. We complete an in-home assessment and recommend a properly sized unit.
